In the Zone

Play sports? Ever feel like you're intently focused and doing everything just perfect? That's being "in the zone", the subject of Richard Keefe's new book On the Sweet Spot: Stalking the Effortless Present.

"There’s no reason to only limit these sports psychology techniques like visualization to sports. There are all kinds of ways in which this approach can enrich your everyday life as well."

Sounds like an interesting read, especially if it actually goes into depth rather than being a fluffy sports book.
